Please note the following conditions:


  • All claims must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after the designated period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Once we review and validate your claim, we will take the following steps:


  • Replacement: We will rebuild, reprint, and resend your order at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we may offer a full or partial refund.

Order Cancellation

  • No Refund: If production has begun, as materials and customization processes are already underway.

Production and Delivery Time

Our standard production time is 8-10 business days after approval of your digital proofs. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped immediately. Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method. We offer standard shipping, but expedited options are available for an additional cost.

Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Shipments

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. This policy also covers unclaimed shipments that must be sent back after being returned to Impress Pack. 

Delays and Liability

Impress Pack is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, political events, customs processing, courier disruptions, or any other factors beyond our control.
